Hi, I'm 5'1 and weight about 139 lbs. You might think that this looks fat but basically I look “ok”. I'm not thin but I am a size 6 in most brands. I used to want to be very thin but I just dont think that my build is for that. I have a pretty good sized butt and am heavy chested. I need help. A few years ago I did get fat and thank goodness I was able to loose 45 lbs through pure calorie ristriction. I dont think that I can ever be that hard core again, but I would like to loose another 20 lbs. I still want to stay curvy but fit. I dont want to loose anymore butt. I want a tight stomach. I am a full time worker and overloaded science student. I do have a gym membership but can hardly go b/c of having to work or study. ok can you suggest anything, eating plans, short but effective home based workouts, butt exercises, exercises to lift my chest muscles, good diet supplements. I have tried everything and I'm holding steady at this dumb weight.
